Members Admission

Members enjoy unlimited visits plus other benefits, for an entire year. Members must make advanced reservations for their visits by reserving $0 tickets online AFTER they have purchased their membership and received their confirmation email.  Please note that Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In January 2025, a new ticketing and membership portal was launched. If you are a current Palo Alto Junior Museum & Zoo Member, your account information was migrated to our new online portal and your membership number (your phone number) remains the same, you will need to activate your account in the new portal.

In November 2025, we started to require members to show a form of ID along with their membership tickets upon entry. This change ensures fairness and security for everyone.

Please note that only the adults listed on your membership account (and their children under 18) are eligible for free member tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there stroller parking?

Stroller parking is limited and our place is small, so you are not likely to need one. Please consider leaving your stroller at home.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Visitors are welcome to bring their own food and drink for consumption at the adjacent Rinconada Park or in front of the Museum. Food and drink (with the exception of water) cannot be consumed anywhere in the museum, zoo or courtyard.

Can I re-enter?

Yes, visitors will be able to re-enter by receiving a stamp from the front desk staff.

  • Please don't come if you are sick. The bird flu continues to endanger birds living in the wild and here in our zoo. You can help keep our flock safe. Learn More
  • Note: We do not offer gift cards for general admission, but you can gift a membership
