  • Please make your reservation and purchase your tickets online prior to your visit, as we cannot guarantee entry into the museum without an advanced reservation or ticket.

  • Stroller parking is limited and our place is small, so you are not likely to need one. Please consider leaving your stroller at home.

  • The bird flu continues to endanger birds living in the wild and here in our zoo. You can help keep our flock safe. Learn More
  • Please don't come if you are sick.

Special Animal Encounters

  • Due to the breeding season and our flock focusing on caring for our first flamingo chick, the usual feedings at 11am and 3pm are temporarily on pause because of a decreased interest in food.  In the meantime, we invite you to join us for our "Meet a Zookeeper" sessions daily at 11am and 3pm in Wildlife Circle. Our zookeepers are happy to share more about our flamingos, the exciting ongoing process of raising a chick, and other exciting news about the residents of the PAJMZ.  Thank you for your understanding and support as our flock nurtures new life!

  • Meet a Bald Eagle in the California Dinosaur Garden on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 12:45 p.m.
